Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och h\u00e4ll i de frysta hallonen och l\u00e5t dem tina. Sjud en minut och ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan<\/p>\n<p>Blanda s\u00f6tning och kakaopulver och r\u00f6r ner detta i hallonsm\u00f6ret<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ner ett \u00e4gg i taget i smeten och sikta sedan ner pofiber, kokosmj\u00f6l och fiberhusk och r\u00f6r. H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord och br\u00f6ad form med l\u00f6stagbar kant.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i mitten av ugnen i ca 25 minuter. F\u00e5r g\u00e4rna vara lite kladdig i mitten n\u00e4r den \u00e4r klar. Ta ur och l\u00e5t den svalna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lakritsmar\u00e4ng<\/strong><br \/>\n3 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n\u00bd kryddm\u00e5tt med \u00e4ttika<br \/>\n0,75 dl <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&#038;cPath=2&#038;products_id=9\">sukrinMelis<\/a> (sukrin florsocker)<br \/>\n1,5 tsk <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&#038;cPath=2&#038;products_id=119\">lakritspulver<\/a>, g\u00e4rna fr\u00e5n Lakritsfabriken<br \/>\n1,5 krm salt??<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00e5r du tillv\u00e4ga:<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna och \u00e4ttika ca 1 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt s\u00f6tning, salt och lakritspulver i omg\u00e5ngar och forts\u00e4tt vispa tills \u00e4ggvitorna blivit fasta. Smaka av och smaks\u00e4tt med mer lakritspulver efter behag.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ck chokladhallonkakan med mar\u00e4ngsmeten och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen. L\u00e5t mar\u00e4ngen f\u00e5 lite f\u00e4rg och ta ut chokladhallonkakan.
