{"id":847,"date":"2012-06-17T06:29:08","date_gmt":"2012-06-17T10:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.almungsskafferi.se\/blogg\/?p=847"},"modified":"2015-10-03T16:23:51","modified_gmt":"2015-10-03T20:23:51","slug":"smulpaj-lchf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.almungsskafferi.se\/blogg\/2012\/06\/17\/smulpaj-lchf\/","title":{"rendered":"Smulpaj LCHF"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pf-content\"><p>Barnen \u00f6nskade sig en god smulpaj till efterr\u00e4tt, s\u00e5 h\u00e4r kommer ett recept p\u00e5 den vi lagade idag.<\/p>\n<p>Smuldeg:<br \/>\n1 dl kokosmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1\/2 dl pofiber<br \/>\n1 msk fiberhusk<br \/>\nlite sukrinstr\u00f6 eller annat s\u00f6tningsmedel om man vill.<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1-2 msk vatten<\/p>\n<p>400 g b\u00e4r tex hallon, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, havtorn<br \/>\n1\/2 dl sukrin eller annan s\u00f6tning<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r f\u00f6rst smuldegen. Blanda de torra ingredienserna. Finf\u00f6rdela sm\u00f6ret i mj\u00f6lblandningen, det kan g\u00e4rna bli lite grynigt. Jag brukar tycka degen blir lite torr att anv\u00e4nda s\u00e5 h\u00e4r s\u00e5 jag brukar tills\u00e4tta 1 \u00e4gg och n\u00e5gon matsked vatten ocks\u00e5 som arbetas in i degen. (Men den blir inte lika smulig d\u00e5).  <\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6ra en pajform, l\u00e4gg i valfria b\u00e4r, jag brukar anv\u00e4nda frysta. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver s\u00f6tning. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttast med s\u00f6tning i form av str\u00f6. Smula degen \u00f6ver b\u00e4rnen. S\u00e4tt in i ugnen och gr\u00e4dda i ca 20 min 200 grader eller tills pajen har f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med gr\u00e4dde eller glass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaniljglass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n3 dl gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n3 dl \u00e4ggmj\u00f6lk (se recept nedan)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk vaniljpulver<br \/>\n1\/2 dl sukrin el annat s\u00f6tningsmedel<\/p>\n<p>Vispa gr\u00e4dden. Blanda i mj\u00f6lken lite i taget medan du forts\u00e4tter vispa.<br \/>\nBlanda i vaniljpulver och s\u00f6tning.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg glassmeten i en form och st\u00e4ll in i frysen. Jag brukar anv\u00e4nda en pajform f\u00f6r d\u00e5 g\u00e5r det fortare att frysa glassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4ggmj\u00f6lk<\/strong><br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n4 dl vatten<br \/>\n40-50 g kokosolja<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp vattnet<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg \u00e4gg och kokosolja i en bunke, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 det heta vattnet.<br \/>\nMixa blandningen.
