Totalt blir det 11,5-13 g kolhydrater till en hel sats om du f\u00f6ljer receptet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deg ingredienser <\/strong>(en sats ca 7 g kolhydrater):<\/p>\n<p>1 dl pofiber (ca 20 g) (2,5 g kh)<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n100 g creme fraiche (2,5 g kh)<br \/>\n30 g kokosmj\u00f6l (ca 1\/2 dl) (1,2 g kh)<br \/>\n1 dl vatten<br \/>\n2 msk fiberhusk<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg (55 g\/st) (0,4 g kh)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomats\u00e5s<\/strong><br \/>\n4 dl hela tomater p\u00e5 burk (3% kh )<br \/>\n1 msk l\u00f6kpulver eller 1\/4 till 1\/2 gul l\u00f6k eller 2 scharlottenl\u00f6kar<br \/>\n1,5 dl olivolja<br \/>\nbasilika efter smak<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyllning:<\/strong><br \/>\nTa det du tycker \u00e4r gott tex<br \/>\n150 g r\u00e4kor<br \/>\n150 g skinka<br \/>\n150 g tonfisk<br \/>\n8 dl riven ost<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, blanda ihop ingredienserna till degen. l\u00e5t den st\u00e5 kallt att sv\u00e4lla ett tag. Sm\u00f6ra en pl\u00e5t, tryck ut degen tunt \u00f6ver hela pl\u00e5ten. Gr\u00e4dda den 7-10 min i 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja sedan med tomats\u00e5sen. Jag brukar alltid anv\u00e4nda hela tomater p\u00e5 burk och mixa eftersom den inneh\u00e5ller mindre kolhydrater \u00e4n krossad och passerad. Men det g\u00e5r lika bra att anv\u00e4nda passerade tomater direkt.<br \/>\nBlanda i l\u00f6kpulver, olivolja och basilika i s\u00e5sen. Mixa igen. Ta ev salt i om du tycker det beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n<p>Anv\u00e4nd ca 1,5-2 dl av tomats\u00e5sen och spara resten till n\u00e5gon annan r\u00e4tt. Den h\u00e5ller sig n\u00e5gra dagar i kylsk\u00e5p. Bred ut tomats\u00e5sen \u00f6ver pizzan.
