Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r och gr\u00e4dde, vispa. Blanda de torra ingredienserna och h\u00e4ll i smeten, blanda v\u00e4l.<br \/>\nL\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla 5-10 minuter. Forma till 4- 16 runda bullar. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen, 175 grader i ca 15-30 min beroende p\u00e5 bullstorlek.<\/p>\n<p> Bullreceptet kommer fr\u00e5n LCHFgourmet &#8221;sl\u00e4ta kardemummabullar&#8221;. F\u00f6r min smak var det lite mycket s\u00f6tning i degen, men \u00f6vriga familjen tyckte det var gott s\u00e5 prova dig fram med s\u00f6tningen. Jag har tidigare bakat semlebullar med mandelmj\u00f6l i, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r kokosmj\u00f6l, men det h\u00e4r var sn\u00e4ppet godare.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden som bullarna gr\u00e4ddas g\u00f6rs mandelmassan iordning.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser<br \/>\n1 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\nN\u00e5gon msk gr\u00e4dde eller vatten<br \/>\nS\u00f6tningsmedel efter smak.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda mandelmj\u00f6let med lite vatten eller gr\u00e4dde. B\u00e5de vatten och gr\u00e4dde fungerar bra. Ta i lite s\u00f6tningsmedel ocks\u00e5 efter smak. Ta bara i lite v\u00e4tska \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen och r\u00f6r runt tills konsistensen blir bra.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r bullarna har svalnat lite, sk\u00e4r av toppen och gr\u00f6p ur dem. Blanda &#8221;urgr\u00f6pet&#8221; med mandelmassa och lite vispad gr\u00e4dde. Fyll i detta i gropen i bullen. L\u00e4gg en skiva mandelmassa \u00f6verst.
