Jag tycker mald mandel \u00e4r godast, har en gammal mandelkvarn. Gillar man lite st\u00f6rre bitar g\u00e5r det bra att hacka. Jag brukar l\u00e5ta skalen p\u00e5 mandeln vara kvar f\u00f6r mer mandelsmak.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda saffranspannkakan i en smord form i ugnen i 200 grader ca 30 min (eller tills den f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg).<\/p>\n<p>Servera med gr\u00e4dde och b\u00e4r. Egentligen ska det ju vara salmb\u00e4rssylt, men det kr\u00e4vs nog att man har plockat sj\u00e4lv is\u00e5fall.
