Vispa ihop \u00e4ggulor och s\u00f6tning<br \/>\n2. Vispa blandningen i hett vattenbad under kontinuerlig omr\u00f6rning till en tjock kr\u00e4m. Vattenbad kan du \u00e5stadkomma genom att lhetta upp vatten i en vid kastrull och placera en mindre kastrull i denna: Det ger en &#8221;mjuk&#8221; v\u00e4rme som aldrig \u00f6verstiger 100 grader.<br \/>\n3. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen (vattenbadet) och forts\u00e4tt vispa tills kr\u00e4men svalnat<br \/>\n4. Tills\u00e4tt de halvtinadtinade hallonen och r\u00f6r om.<br \/>\n5. Vispa gr\u00e4dden tjock<br \/>\n6. V\u00e4nd ner den i r\u00f6ran<br \/>\n7. Smaka av med vodka som r\u00f6rs i<br \/>\n8. H\u00e4ll i parfaitmassan i formar, tex portionsformar eller pajformar.<br \/>\n9. Frys i minst 6 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5s:<br \/>\nMixa jordgubbarna. Tills\u00e4tt hallonen. R\u00f6r ev ner lite s\u00f6tningsmedel.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut parfaiten i  god tid f\u00f6re servering (st\u00e4ll den g\u00e4rna i kylsk\u00e5pet 1 timme f\u00f6re) Sk\u00e4r upp i bitar eller doppa portionsformarna i hett vatten och vicka ut parfaiterna<\/p>\n<p>Severa med b\u00e4rs\u00e5sen och det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttegott med mandelkakor till.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fantastiskt god efterr\u00e4tt!!
