Men det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra klickbullar. Dvs man klickar ut deg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med sked. Degen \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen f\u00f6r l\u00f6s f\u00f6r att rulla till br\u00f6d\/bullar men tillr\u00e4ckligt fast f\u00f6r att inte flyta ut n\u00e4r man klickar ut den. Br\u00f6det blir lite mjukare \u00e4n vanligt br\u00f6d och lite bl\u00f6tare, men med v\u00e4ldigt god smak.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e5r bra att frysa in i skivor och ta fram och rosta.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n150 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n3 dl kokosmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n3 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>6 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk salt<br \/>\n1-2 msk fiberhusk (f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 r\u00e4tt konsistens<br \/>\n200 g keso<br \/>\n200 g philadelphiaost<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>1. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret<br \/>\n2. H\u00e4ll i vatten och v\u00e4rm upp till kokpunkt<br \/>\n3. R\u00f6r i kokosmj\u00f6let<br \/>\n4. L\u00e5t det st\u00e5 att sv\u00e4lla lite tills det svalnar av.<br \/>\n5. Vispa \u00e4ggen fluffigt<br \/>\n6. Blanda i salt, keso och philadelphiaost<br \/>\n7. Vispa i sm\u00f6r och kokosblandningen<br \/>\n8. Blanda i fiberhusk och l\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla ett tag, ta s\u00e5 mycket fiberhusk att konsistensen blir lite fast fast \u00e4nd\u00e5 klickbar<br \/>\n9. H\u00e4ll i bakpulver till degen  och r\u00f6r runt snabbt. Bakpulvret b\u00f6rjar &#8221;j\u00e4sa&#8221; n\u00e4r det kommer i kontakt med v\u00e4tska.<br \/>\n10. H\u00e4ll upp i en sm\u00f6rad br\u00f6dform<br \/>\n11. Gr\u00e4dda i ugn i 175 grader i 45-60 min eller tills br\u00f6det har f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg.
