Jag utgick fr\u00e5n ett grundrecept som jag hade och har sedan \u00e4ndrat lite i kryddningen s\u00e5 att det st\u00e4mmer med min vanliga pepparkakskryddning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.almungsskafferi.se\/blogg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/pepparkakor.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.almungsskafferi.se\/blogg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/pepparkakor.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"pepparkakor\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-425\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n100 g kokosolja<br \/>\n4 krm ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n2 krm kanel<br \/>\n2 krm kardemumma<br \/>\n2 krm kryddnejlika<br \/>\n1 tsk flytande hermesetas (eller annat s\u00f6tningsmedel) + 20 droppar<br \/>\n2 dl <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&#038;cPath=2&#038;products_id=11\">mandelmj\u00f6l<\/a><br \/>\n1 msk <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&#038;cPath=2&#038;products_id=9\">fiberhusk<\/a><br \/>\n2 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n0,75 dl <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&#038;cPath=2&#038;products_id=10\">kokosmj\u00f6l<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1. Sm\u00e4lt kokosoljan (sm\u00f6ret) och blanda med kryddorna, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven s\u00f6tningsmedel (1 tsk).<br \/>\n2. R\u00f6r i mandelmj\u00f6l och fiberhusk. L\u00e5t det sv\u00e4lla en stund.<br \/>\n3. Vispa under tiden \u00e4ggvitan och 20 droppar hermesetas till ett h\u00e5rt skum<br \/>\n4. R\u00f6r ned \u00e4ggvitan f\u00f6rsiktigt i smeten.<br \/>\n5. R\u00f6r sedan i kokosmj\u00f6let.<br \/>\n6. L\u00e5t degen ligga svalt, g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver natten.<br \/>\n7. Kavla ut degen och tryck ut pepparkakor med formar.<br \/>\n8.
