L\u00e5t fiberhusken sv\u00e4lla i ca 10 min. Om det blir klumpar, mixa smeten sl\u00e4t. Tills\u00e4tt oljan sist. Vispa i den. Stek sedan pl\u00e4ttar eller pannkakor. Jag brukar f\u00f6redra pl\u00e4ttar eftersom det blir s\u00e5 lagom storlek p\u00e5 dem till barnen. Servera med b\u00e4r och smetana\/creme fraiche.
