Jag lagar ofta enbart p\u00e5 lammf\u00e4rs, men ibland blandar jag h\u00e4lften lammf\u00e4rs och h\u00e4lften fl\u00e4skf\u00e4rs.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r den som inte orkar laga sj\u00e4lv finns det f\u00e4rdig lammsm\u00e4cka att k\u00f6pa, vi\u00a0s\u00e4ljer i g\u00e5rdsbutiken fr\u00e5n egna lamm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lammsm\u00e4cka<\/strong><br \/>\nLammf\u00e4rs ca 1 kg<br \/>\n1 hackad stor gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n2-3 tsk krossade senapsfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1,5-2 tsk salt<br \/>\n0,5 tsk svartpeppar<br \/>\n2 krossade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1,5 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajps\u00e5s<\/strong><br \/>\n400-500 g kajp eller purjol\u00f6k<br \/>\n3 dl gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n2 dl creme fraiche<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPeppar<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till lammsm\u00e4cka i en bunke.<br \/>\nForma f\u00e4rsbiffar och bryn i sm\u00f6r i stekpanna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills de har f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r genomstekta.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s kajpen\/purjol\u00f6ken i rikligt med sm\u00f6r tills den blir mjuk.<br \/>\nTills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och creme fraiche. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
