Koka k\u00e5lroten mjuk i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r k\u00e5lroten \u00e4r mjuk h\u00e4lls k\u00e5lrotsspadet av i en egen bunke.<br \/>\nMixa k\u00e5lroten.<br \/>\nBlanda pofiber och havregr\u00e4dde.
