V\u00e5ga prova detta, j\u00e4ttegott. Som vanligt f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag byta ut socker\/sirap mot n\u00e5got annat. Jag droppade i flytande hermesetas ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r agavesirap, men sukrin borde g\u00e5 lika bra. Men i receptet h\u00e4r st\u00e5r \u00e4nnu som i originalet &#8211;  agavesirap\/honung.<\/p>\n<p>400 g kokta svarta b\u00f6nor<br \/>\n1 dl havregryn<br \/>\n2 msk kakao<br \/>\n3 msk kokosolja<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n0,5 dl agavesirap\/honung<br \/>\n4 msk havregr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n1 dl paran\u00f6tter, hackade<\/p>\n<p>1  Mixa b\u00f6norna<br \/>\n2 H\u00e4ll ner resten av ingredienserna utom n\u00f6tterna.Mixa till en sl\u00e4t smet.<br \/>\n3.
