Det \u00e4r ett recept som jag har hittat p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga st\u00e4llen. Ofta kallas det oopsie-br\u00f6d.<br \/>\n<strong>Oopsie-br\u00f6d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 dl philadelphiaost<br \/>\n1 nypa salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 msk <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&#038;cPath=2&#038;products_id=9\">fiberhusk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<br \/>\nBlanda \u00e4ggvitor med en nypa salt. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till ett h\u00e5rt skum.<br \/>\nI en annan bunke vispas philadelphiaosten med gulorna och bakpulver och fiberhusk. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner gulorna i de vispade vitorna.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rta s\u00e5 brer du ut smeten i tv\u00e5 j\u00e4mnstora fyrkanter p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 det andra och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 samma eller en annan r\u00f6ra ovanp\u00e5 denna ocks\u00e5. Garnera sen med tex r\u00e4kor, kaviar, avocado och gurka.<\/p>\n<p><b>Fyllningar till sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rta<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Tonfiskr\u00f6ra<\/b><br \/>\nBlanda 1 burk tonfisk med 1,5 dl creme fraiche. R\u00f6r \u00e4ven i 1-2 msk majonn\u00e4s. Blanda i lite dijonsenap efter smak.<\/li>\n<li><b>R\u00e4kfyllning<\/b><br \/>\n1,5 gr\u00e4ddfil\/creme fraiche<br \/>\n2 dl hackade r\u00e4kor<br \/>\n3 msk majonn\u00e4s<br \/>\n3 msk finhackad dill<br \/>\n2 msk finriven pepparrot<br \/>\nca 1\/2 tsk salt (smaka av)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Matjesfyllning<\/b><br \/>\n1,5 dl creme fraiche\/kesella\/gr\u00e4ddfil<br \/>\n2 finhackade kokta \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1\/2 dl finhackad dill<br \/>\n1\/2 burk avrunnen finhackad matjessill<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Gurk- och r\u00e4kfyllning<\/b><br \/>\n1,5 dl creme fraiche\/gr\u00e4ddfil\/kesella<br \/>\n2 dl hackade r\u00e4kor <br \/>\n1-2 msk majonn\u00e4s<br \/>\n1\/2 grovriven och urvattnad gurka<\/li>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Den h\u00e4r sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rtan tyckte hela familjen om, den blev otroligt god.
