Kn\u00e5da runt den tills den h\u00e5ller ihop bra.<br \/>\nForma tv\u00e5 k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rslimpor och placera i en ugnsform.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg lite gr\u00f6nsaker runt om, tex l\u00f6k, morot, squash mm. Ta n\u00e5gon tsk olja p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nsakerna och str\u00f6ssla ev lite salt \u00f6ver. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen ca 1 h i 200 grader. Lite l\u00e4gre f\u00f6r varmluftsugn (ca 175 grader). Om det blir f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg t\u00e4ck med aluminiumfolie.<\/p>\n<p>Ugnsbakade gr\u00f6nsaker<br \/>\nSk\u00e4r rotfrukter och gr\u00f6nsaker tex k\u00e5lrot, mor\u00f6tter, squash, l\u00f6k, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, r\u00e4ttika, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, pumpa, r\u00f6dbeta, vitl\u00f6k  mm i bitar.<br \/>\nSalta och ta p\u00e5 olivolja (eller sm\u00e4lt kokosolja). Jag brukar ta 1\/2 tsk salt och ca 1\/2 dl olivolja till en l\u00e5ngpanna.<br \/>\nSt\u00e4ll in i 200 grader ca 30 min.
