D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag lagt till gelatin till receptet f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 lite mer stadga p\u00e5 fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>Botten:<br \/>\n6 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n1 liten skv\u00e4tt \u00e4ttiksprit (2 krm) kan uteslutas men det ska vara l\u00e4ttare att f\u00e5 h\u00e5rt skum n\u00e4r man s\u00e4tter till detta<br \/>\n3 msk Sukrin<br \/>\n3 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Fyllning:<br \/>\n1 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n100 g philadelphiaost<br \/>\n100 g valfria b\u00e4r<br \/>\n0,5 tsk gelatinpulver eller 1 gelatinblad<br \/>\n2 msk Sukrin<\/p>\n<p>Blanda \u00e4ggvitor och \u00e4ttiksprit. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till ett h\u00e5rt skum.<br \/>\nBlanda i Sukrin och vispa.<br \/>\nV\u00e4nd ner mandelmj\u00f6let och r\u00f6r runt f\u00f6rsiktigt<br \/>\nBred ut p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tskl\u00e4dd l\u00e5ngpanna<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda 15 min mitt i ugnen i 175 grader<br \/>\nV\u00e4nd direkt \u00f6ver botten p\u00e5 ett nytt bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<br \/>\nDra loss pappret f\u00f6rsiktigt. Lossnar det inte, pensla med kallvatten p\u00e5 baksidan p\u00e5 det varma pappret, det g\u00f6r att det sl\u00e4pper l\u00e4ttare.<\/p>\n<p>Fyllning: Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg gelatinbladet\/pulvret i lite kallt vatten i ca 5 minuter. Sm\u00e4lt gelatinet i en kopp i mikron, i ca 10 sekunder p\u00e5 full effekt.L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got.<br \/>\nVispa gr\u00e4dden tjock, blanda i mascarpone och forts\u00e4tt vispa, r\u00f6r ner sukrin och b\u00e4r, vispa v\u00e4l<br \/>\nTills\u00e4tt gelatinet i en j\u00e4mn str\u00e5le och vispa under tiden. L\u00e5t moussen st\u00e5 i kylen i ca 30 minuter.
