Det h\u00e4r receptet fick jag ursprungligen i Grekland men sen har jag gjort om det en hel del.<\/p>\n<p>Auberginer 3st (ca 1 kg)<\/p>\n<p>Lammf\u00e4rs 700 g<br \/>\nL\u00f6k 1 st<br \/>\nPasserade eller krossade tomater 500 g<br \/>\n\u00c4ggvitor 2 st<br \/>\nHackad persilja 15-30 g<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPeppar<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dde 1 dl<br \/>\nCreme fraiche 1,5 dl<br \/>\n\u00c4ggulor 2 st<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nRiven ost 1 dl<\/p>\n<p>Skiva auberginerna, salta p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor av skivan. L\u00e4gg i durkslag<br \/>\nca 1 h f\u00f6r avrinning (f\u00f6r att dra ut besk smak).    Sk\u00f6lj sen av saltet, pressa skivan mot papper f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ur v\u00e4tskan. Stek i rikligt med olivolja p\u00e5 mellanv\u00e4rme tills skivorna \u00e4r mjuka.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg i en rej\u00e4l klick sm\u00f6r i en stekgryta. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och lammf\u00e4rs i grytan tills<br \/>\ndet \u00e4r brynt. Tills\u00e4tt tomater, 2 \u00e4ggvitor och hackad persilja. Tills\u00e4tt salt<br \/>\noch peppar efter smak.<\/p>\n<p>Koka en s\u00e5s av gr\u00e4dde och creme fraiche. R\u00f6r i \u00e4ggulor och riven ost. Smaka av med salt.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form. L\u00e4gg auberginer i botten, l\u00e4gg lammf\u00e4rsr\u00f6ran ovanp\u00e5, och \u00f6verst s\u00e5sen.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg sedan skivad ost ovanp\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ll in i ugnen ca 15-20 min i 225 grader C tills osten f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med en gr\u00f6nsallad till.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moussaka \u00e4r gott.
