Ta tex 3-5 dl vatten, 1,5 dl rapsolja och 300 g b\u00e4r. Koka upp detta. Blanda i lite guark\u00e4rnmj\u00f6l. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 lite i taget, b\u00f6rja med ett kryddm\u00e5tt och mixa i det med tex en mixerstav. Ta i lite till, mixa osv tills du blir n\u00f6jd med hur tjock kr\u00e4men \u00e4r. Guark\u00e4rnmj\u00f6l beh\u00f6vs det bara lite av s\u00e5 var f\u00f6rsiktig. Smaka av med valfri s\u00f6tning tex flytande hermesetas, sukrin eller stevia.
