Jag brukar g\u00f6ra scones eller bullar och har \u00e4nnu inte provat att g\u00f6ra br\u00f6d med denna degen. Degen \u00e4r lite kladdig men det \u00e4r bara bra eftersom det \u00e4r ett bakpulverbr\u00f6d.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3,5 dl v\u00e4tska (tex vatten, mandelmj\u00f6lk mm)<br \/>\n1 dl rapsolja<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk salt<br \/>\n2 msk <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=2&amp;products_id=9\">fiberhusk<\/a><br \/>\n3 dl <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=2&amp;products_id=11\">mandelmj\u00f6l<\/a><br \/>\n1,5 dl <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=2&amp;products_id=10\">kokosmj\u00f6l<\/a><br \/>\n1 dl <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lchfshop.se\/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=2&amp;products_id=124\">pofiber<\/a><br \/>\n2 tsk bakpulver<\/p>\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4gg, v\u00e4tska, rapsolja och salt. Vispa\/mixa i fiberhusk och l\u00e5t det sv\u00e4lla ca 10 min.<br \/>\nBlanda ihop mandelmj\u00f6l, kokosmj\u00f6l, pofiber, och bakpulver och blanda i smeten.<br \/>\nForma scones eller bullar p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t.<br \/>\nGr\u00e4dda i 200 grader i ca 15 min (tills de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg).<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det h\u00e4r receptet har jag provat fram under l\u00e5ng tid och har nu f\u00e5tt fram den smak och konsistens som jag tycker om.
